I would make my kids some easter cup cakes for next weekend, since they don't like hot x buns, these are the next best thing, covered in chocolate icing with a little egg on top!

I would whip up a Red Velvet Cake using the mixer and the springform tin, at the moment I have the world slowest hand mixer and a very dodgy springform tin that gets stuck instead of releasing the cake! Some gorgeous new kitchen equipment would be very inspiring!
