It’s not really a combination but this is the palatable way to get a shot of goodness! A wheatgrass shot with a pineapple juice chaser – mmmmmmm and so good for you!!

Living in the tropics mango, banana and orange was my favourite (with a handful of natural muesli chucked in). Now that I live “down south” in the ACT I tend to favour carrot, celery and apple. Either way, I don’t currently have a juicer so I do it the messy, frothy way in a blender.

I love going to the local fruit and veg. shop, especially in Summer, and buying whatever is most economical that week and making up a fruit salad juice. It doesn’t seem to matter the combination it always tastes lovely. A small piece of ginger gives it a lift as well.
Don’t understand the rss one, and don’t have twitter, only just discovered facebook, but thrilled to have been able to enter as many times as i did. Comp.aside think I’m really going to enjoy this site.
